Spark + Bloom

Krista grew up with plant loving role models, both grandma's and her mom! When her maternal grandmother passed away Krista inherited her plants and from that moment there was no turning back. It sparked an obsession with learning about indoor plants, propagating and adding to her collection.  In April 2020 during the beginning of COVID Krista and Allyson decided to move forward with a business venture they had been discussing for a few weeks. Allyson had recently started making candles to gift to her friends, family and community. Allyson and Krista were not new to working together, they had worked in the corporate world together for 6 years and then owned a successful trade show business for 5 years before selling it in November 2019. So on April 18, 2020 Allyson and Krista started Spark + Bloom, a handmade candle and curated plant business. Shortly after launching, Amy of Ames Hangs joined the company. These ladies successfully ran an online shop for 13 months until partnering up with Jessie of Airdrie Furniture Revival to also offer their products in a store front!   It has now been over 2 years since Spark + Bloom was born and over 1 year since partnering with Airdrie Furniture Revival and this are continuously changing and growing ♡ You can find Spark + Bloom items online sparkandbloomco.com or in store at the newly rebranded COMPLETE HOME COLLECTIVE!
